KOMPAS.com – PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk (Triniti Land) and PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BTN) have collaborated to finance non-subsidized Home Ownership Credit (KPR) for the Sequoia Hills residential project.

Senior Vice President (SVP) Non-Subsidized Mortgage and Personal Lending Division, Bank BTN, Mochamad Yut Penta, said that the potential for mortgage financing with residential prices of IDR 1 billion and above is still very large.

“We want to increase market share (market share) non-subsidized. For this reason, we are intensifying collaboration with top developers. “Among other things, today (Thursday, 19 October 2023) signed a Cooperation Agreement with PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk,” he explained, quoted from a written statement, Friday (20/10/2023).

Triniti Land Director, Vito Tjahyadi said, with the signing of this cooperation agreement, the Sequoia Hills project offers more diverse payment options via KPR, so it is hoped that there will be a significant increase in sales.

“Because we and this bank have a very attractive mortgage installment program and low interest so it certainly makes it easier for customers to buy a house in Sequoa Hills,” he said.

Currently, Triniti Land will soon begin the construction phase of the Sequoia Hills residential project, as the housing units offered in the first cluster, The Leroy, have been sold out. In fact, the marketing of housing units in the second cluster, namely Earthville, is also selling well.

According to Vito, construction of the two clusters will begin at the same time as providing various instructors to support residential areas. The Leroy Cluster and Earthville Cluster were built on an area of ​​5.3 hectares and 9.8 hectares respectively.

Regarding the price, the Leroy Cluster is priced starting from IDR 3 billion and the Earthville Cluster IDR 2 billion per unit.

Meanwhile, the handover of the units, The Leroy Cluster will start in Semester II-2024, while the Earthville Cluster will start in Semester II-2025.

“So, these two clusters can contribute to the Company’s income,” he concluded.
