Jakarta (ANTARA) – Ta-ki, one of the participants from Japan was eliminated from the survival show for the K-pop idol group “I-LAND” episode 10 which aired this Friday night.

He became the second participant in “I-LAND part 2” after Geonu who had to bury his dream of debuting on the show broadcast on the Mnet television channel.

Ta-ki is at the bottom, aka 11th, of the final results of the global vote count which ended on August 29 2020.

Two weeks ago, when the ranking was announced based on the producers’ assessments, he was also in the final ranking but managed to survive because his team won the test.

“I was in this position last time and Geonu was eliminated. I am sad about this result. But I will not give up on my dream. I will follow the advice given by the producer,” said Ta-ki.

Meanwhile, Big Hit Entertainment CEO Bang Si-hyuk acknowledged Ta-ki’s talent but according to him the participant still has a lot to learn. He said he would help Ta-ki’s dream come true.

Meanwhile, Sunoo occupies the top position as per the previous global vote calculation results.

Second place is occupied by Heeseung, then Jay is in third place and respectively fourth to 10th are Hanbin, Sunghoon, K, Jake, Jungwon, Ni-ki and Daniel.

After this, the participants faced the third test viz concept test which divided the 10 of them into two teams, namely the “Chamber 5” and “Flame On” teams.

The “Chamber 5” team carries the “bubbly” concept, consisting of Sunoo, Jake, Jungwon, Heeseung and Sunghoon. Meanwhile, the “Flame On” team with the “explosive” concept is fronted by K, Jay, Hanbin, Ni-ki and Daniel.

The following is the ranking of the 11th “I-LAND” test results chemistry based on global vote count results:

3. Jay (1,535,928 votes)
4. Hanbin (1,415,420 votes)
5. Sunghoon (1,298,204 votes)
