JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Toyota had suspended orders for the Land Cruiser 300 due to high demand. Not long ago, it was reported that production was starting to return to normal.
Previously, Toyota had announced production delays due to component shortages and regional quarantine, in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic. This year, Toyota is believed to be better in terms of manufacturing.

In fact, Land Cruiser 300 and Lexus LX enthusiasts from various parts of the world are asked to be patient for up to three years.

For next month, Toyota is expected to produce up to 750,000 vehicles. A total of 300,000 units are produced in Japan and another 450,000 units from Toyota factories in other countries.

Even though it is still affected by component shortages, there is some good news. This is because Toyota will only suspend production for two days at one factory, namely the Motomachi factory, Japan.
Orders for the Lexus LX have been discontinued due to exceeding production capacityThis factory is the production base for the Mirai, Crown, bZ4X, Subaru Solterra, Lexus LC, GR Yaris and GR Corolla. Previously, Toyota even suspended production for up to seven days at 14 of its factories in 2022.
With the semiconductor chip crisis, Toyota also faced problems with the production of the Land Cruiser 300 and its twin, namely the Lexus LX. However, since October 2022, Toyota Auto Body Yoshiwara, which is the production base for the two models, has not received a production suspension schedule.
It was stated that Toyota had found a bright spot for its production problems, despite still experiencing problems in the supply chain like other manufacturers.
